One Month Stats (actually 5 weeks)

I thought I would update everyone on Charlie's current stats, he weighed in at 9lbs 7oz and 21 3/4 in! I commented to the doctor that he is going to be bigger than Georgia in no time and her response was "it is only a matter of time." Below is an age generated picture of what Chunk, oops I mean Charlie, might look like in the near future...

Happy 1st Monthday, Charlie!

As is tradition with our family we celebrated Charlie's one month birthday! It was going really well right up until the point that Georgia realized the hoopla was not for her. Charlie enjoyed the celebration and is looking forward to a little less drama on his 2nd monthday!

Oh, and some good advice never ever put a chocolate cupcake in front of Georgia and then proceed to sing happy birthday, doesn't quite work for her...

It takes a village...

Georgia and Charlie got new matching hats this weekend so we decided to venture out on our first walk. Enthusiasm was running high for everyone as you can see from the pictures... It only took us 30 minutes to get everything in order, but we did and had a fabulous walk. Next time we anticipate having everything and everyone ready to go in fifteen minutes or less! And for those of you who think Charlie's flopping around in these pictures, he was so stiff from all the clothes he had on that I could not get him comfortable.

Bath Time

It was an exciting day for us this past Monday, Charlie got to take his very first bath! He loved it so much that once he was bundled up he zonked out for three hours. We had so much fun that even Elmo joined us for a quick visit...

Holiday Week 2009

Christmas was super exciting this year! We stayed home and had many visitors, including Grandma and Poppy Lang, The Pappa's Karman, and the Kolinsky's. Below are a few snapshots from Christmas Eve and Christmas Day...

We stayed in for New Years and had a grand old time. We started our celebration right at 12:00 (p.m. that is). Tomme walked around in the frigid cold and got takeout from some of our favorite restaurants. We then tucked everyone into bed and fell asleep ourselves, it couldn't have been a better day!
